The Brief & Challenge
Before transitioning to a custom platform, the school managed daily operations across fragmented tools: Instagram and web enquiries were manually copied into spreadsheets, invoices drafted by hand, and teachers recorded attendance on paper. The goal was to build a single tailored operating system that eliminates repetitive admin, prevents billing errors, and keeps sensitive student data strictly under the school’s control.
